Always an Incredible Experience. I have been a customer of Platinum Hair Company for nearly 7 years. It is not often I write reviews; however my most recent experience at the salon requires one...

If you were to ask me to describe this salon and its team in one word it would be, AMAZING.

My wedding was on Saturday, July 23rd. It just so happened the salon was to be closed on this day. I would never have known this, however, as my stylist graciously accepted my request to have my hair and make-up done, and that of my entire bridal party, at the salon for the entire morning, without even hesitating. Three stylists, my own and the two incredible owners, came in that morning and stayed until well after 1pm to accomodate all 10 of us. They made us feel at home, comfortable and relaxed during what could have been a stressful time; but they made it feel effortless.

My stylist, Jessica Haggerty, was impeccable as always. My hair came out exactly as we discussed and without even previously consulting with my bridesmaids, she was able to do the same for them. She is a consummate professional, incredibly personable and consistently attentive. I consider Jessica to be an expert in her field but also a dear friend. I would not hesitate to refer and recommend her to others for their wedding day...or any other day for that matter!

This level of quality service, attention to detail and graciousness is not an anomaly when you go to Platinum. I would not go anywhere else!
