Wow, Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are ridiculous. I dont recommend this to anyone. I have been waiting for my menus for a month now. I had to shut down my place due to their lies. They had promised us the menus and never gave them to us. We paid $1200 for them, they cashed the check, and still I have no menus. I cannot wait to take this company to court. They lie every day saying the menus are ready but we still do not have them. Sometimes they say their machines broke and other times they have some other issue. I wish I had seen these reviews earlier.

Menu Mo'n Printing Co. here to stay. This disturbed person, that calls him self cowboy, spreading lies and rumors about our Co. Menu Mo'n for a long time- since 2002. Through the years he called our customers telling lies, he called commercial printers we used to print with telling lies, he called BBB, he called us postal services telling lies and he even called the state of pa falsely reporting Menu Mo'n not paying sales taxes. Fast and Reliable Menu Company. I don't know what these people are talking about. I have been dealing with Menu Mon for over 3 years and I never had a bad experience with them. When I placed my order I received my proof within 3 days. I made a few changes after that and it was good. After I signed off it took between 1 and 2 weeks to receive my menus. Right now they have a ridiculous deal for 25,000 menus for $1,000 that's unheard of.
worst company ever!!. Its been 7 months now that ive paid for my menus and I havnt recieved them yet. They don't answer my phone calls and when I do manage to get them on the line they keep telling me 'next friday', and this is week after week. They take there customers for fools and can't even give an honest answer. I've used this company for five years. The quality of the paper is horible and there printer calibration is off. Its like everyone is high on drugs at this company. EVERYTHING IS SLOW AND ALMOST EVERYTHING IS OFF THE MARK. I wouldn't reccomend this company to my worst enemies. If your luck enough to be reading this review take my advice and first find and reasearch another company that gives good service and product. And I have message for Menu Mon Inc: DONT ABUSE YOUR FREAKING CUSTOMERS, HAVE SOME DECSENCY AND DO RIGHT BY THEM OR CLOSE DOWN.
Worst Menu Company EVER! Do not use! Caution!!!!. I have used menu mun for over 5 yrs. And i have no idea why, The Company was never great. When i first started using them they had people working there who did speak English. Now I’m the kind of person that has a lot of patience with people who don't speak English as their 1st language but this was ridiculous. That was the 1st 2yrs. then they got people to speak English. but like the person said before me that all they did was lie. I was promised a quick turn around and they NEVER delivered on time. And they were not only late but super late on my menus. i have multiple stores and they had all my business but all they did was lie. I opened a new store about 1 1/2 ago and i told them 2mths in advance that I needed menus for the grand opening of my store. i gave them everything ahead of time and when opening day came i had no menus. i had to go to kinkos and print out some menus that i made myself. Anyway i got my menus about 1mth after i opened. Let’s not even talk about the mailings they did for me. Ever phone call was a lie and most times they didn't answer their phones and they NEVER call you back. On the rare occasion you did get someone they always blamed it on someone else. I honestly don't know how they do business and how they still are in business. If i treated my customers they way they do i would out of business. I could go on and on about all the bad things they do in this company but i really just want to make sure no one else goes through what i any many of my friends have gone through w/ this company. 1 last thing , the last time they sent my menus out they were 2mths late and they send the wrong menus. Please got menus from my other location that was more than 1hr away from them. Talk about bad business.
Worst Menu Printing Business Ever. Where to begin? It seems as though three people work here, but never at the same time, and have never actually spoken to each other, because trying to get menus made and mailed seems to be an impossible task. 3 times I was told they would mail me out a postal map, I waited postal days each time and then would call back and they would tell me that they would mail it that day. After the fourth call it was finally overnighted to me, after two and half weeks. I was told ten business days to delivery, but it went over by a week. I am currently, one month into the process, just trying to get someone on the phone who will take my money to have our menus mailed to customers. What a NIGHTMARE!!! I will NEVER use this company again. The menus that did show up were all cut wrong, so that you see a white border on some sides and they are not folded straight. I have to go buy a piece of 80lb stock and compare, but pretty sure they didn't use the correct weight paper either. Horrible.
