great service.
the service was great got my range up and running for my big surprise party for my uncle. I even had my disposer was fixed as well. The price was great and all information was provided upfront and explained.
I have the Danby issue too. It's not the servicers of the units it's the lack of available parts to the servicers through danby. My kegerator has also been under service for 9 months later. I've called Danby too for the same parts and I got the same story the servicer too. Jasco is still an authorized servicer and got the same story I and my other servicer got the parts are on back order.
Horrible. this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and Danby is a close second. I bought a prodcut from Dany which worked for about 6 weeks before breaking. I called Jasco because it was the suggested service provider. they missed the first appointment (didn't call) and came a few days later but only bcause I called twice that day to confirm my appointment. lady told me she would order the part and be back within a week with it. it has been 2 and half months and she still does not have the part. Danby has not been of help either with my problem but I'll rate them separately. I learned today from Danby that their contract with Jasco was terminated recently. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. you will wait months for a response and the lady running the company who I think is also it's only worker does not pick up the phone or return phone calls.
Gals Rule when it comes to appliance service!!!. My GE Range smelled like gas and wouldn't light. I called JASCo, explained the problem, Jess answered the phone and was able to let me know what the problem might be and gave me an estimate. I felt assured by her response, so I scheduled service. Jess and JJ arrived promptly, diagnosing the problem, which was what she said it would most likely be, an ignitor. They fixed it on the spot and I was able to cook within 20 minutes! The price was right and I have a one year waranty on my part. Thanks Girls!!!
Had no refrigerator. I lost all cold in my refrigerator and lost most of my food. I called sears and was told 2 wks. So I called jasco and was out right on the scheduled. They found bad heaters and got them replaced immediately and I was cold in an hour. Thanks JJ. And the price was reasonable also.

I will have cold beer tonight. Called yesterday for service. Placed a call to Danby got jasco Service.as my servicer and had an appointment within a day. My touch pad was replaced and I am cooling just in time for the holiday. Thanks guys and gals.
I have cold food and clean clothes YEA!!. I have clean clothes and cold food & drinks thanks to these guys, oops and girls. JJ was great she took the time to clear my pump in the worse conditions but it saved me $135.00 for a new one. I will definitely yield her warnings about wire bras. My refrigerator just needed a timer and i was cold again. Thanks JJ. I loved that she took the time to tell me the information to help me prevent future breakdown. Got my surge suppressor tonight. You guys and girls are great.
Worst communication ever. Jasco was the only contracted service company in my area so I was forced to use them. I dropped my broken dehumidifier off to them in November. I continually called them every few weeks for about 3 months to figure out the status of my dehumidifier. Each time, the woman said she was surprised that Danby hadn't called me yet about resolving my situation. She should be the one updating me and being the liaison between Danby. So 3 months after I dropped off the defective unit, I had to pick up the same defective unit from Jasco and take up my issue with Danby directly (which has been just about the same nightmare). I would never buy a Danby product again and would advise everyone to avoid Jasco at all costs.
Personal service exists thanks. first time customer and the service was excellent. CJ arrived on time very knowledgeable and easy to understand. explained my problem and was able to fix it imediately. didn't even mind my son standing over her . Way to go guys thank you for the excellent service. I will definitely use them again.
Very Unreliable. Say they are coming, never call and just dont. happened more than 2 times.. JJ on sevaral occasions said she would be here and just never showed up. very frustrating and set her phone to just ring and never answer. When she does come she is knowledgeable and nice, but her lack of courteousy to even call when she is not coming out weighs that. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.
