Great for Rehab... Great folks here, when I was in rehab a few years ago, atleast the "Girls" were. I had an injury to my R/knee and I found the Folks there were Extremely Friendly & very easy to work with. If I had difficulty doing an Excersice, (They were getting PAID to make me Suffer & Strain)

They wouldn't hollar or insult me. Although I would just refuse to do ANYTHING that hurt me. They would go along with it and move on to the next excersice..You should Definitely give them a visit. I plan on going over this Year,(2010) to work out on my own now that I am off the injury list. Need to keep the body strengthened up~~Very relaxing experience. All the Pools are Great.. * * * * *

Don't use for swimming if you are picky about the showers. I went there for swimming classes. The front desk, depending on who you get on the certain day/time can be either knowledgable or have no clue about the services offered. It is best to believe the advice of the actual trainer that you will be working with - if you seek training.

The swimming class was good - my trainer did meet with me for the full 1/2 hour that I paid for. I had a good time, but scheduling can be a bit tough b/c they will only schedule you if you had paid for a class.

The only downfall about this place at the Grant Avenue facility is the shower room. It seems to be a bit run down and the water from the next stall dribbles over into my shower which is not very pleasant while you are taking a shower and trying to clean yourself. If you don't mind just quickly rinising off and then driving home immediately to take a full shower (which is what I ended up doing), then everything else is tolerable/okay.

The most awesome pool. The Aquatic and Fitness Center at Grant Avenue-- I've been a member here for about 5 years. I never thought water aerobics would be so much fun. They really make you feel at ease. I've never had a bad day here.
