Terrible, dishonest service. I brought a few pieces for dry cleaning here including an almost brand new grey skirt that goes with a full suit, which was very expensive. I have not worn the skirt suit more than 3 times. When I looked at the grey skirt, I noticed two holes in the middle of the skirt. Small holes yet still very noticeable. The skirt also seemed stretched out and shorter. I went back to politely discuss this with the owner. When I brought out the skirt, she denied that she they had made the mistake before listening to what I had to say. I clearly stated that these holes were not there when I dropped them off and she responded by saying that they don't make mistakes. She would not at all even offer an apology/compensation and failed to acknowledge their mistake. My disappointment from the place comes from the dishonest and disrespectful owner more than the fact that they ruined a skirt that goes with a suit. Avoid this place for your sake.

Perfect!. I've been a regular at this store for quite some time. It's the only place I trust with my suits and drycleaning. Prices are reasonable and work is very meticulous. Best of all, they are friendly and helpful. Forget the other reviews. The locals know what this place is about.

not clean. For the last 2 times that I've brought my clothes to this place, it came back nicely ironed, but they weren't really clean. I'm not sure if they actually cleaned it. Or maybe, ironing is their way of "dry" cleaning. There were times that they did a good job, but the last two times, my clothes came back with dog hair and fibers from my sweater that I wore that morning.

DO NOT GO HERE. This dry cleaner lost FIVE of my cashmere sweaters and I still have yet to get them back or receive compensation. I have had to go back multiple times in an attempt to resolve the issue, and half the time the employees tell me that the owner is gone and that she will call me. I have yet to receive a phone call. For the sake of your clothing and pocketbook, get your dry cleaning done somewhere else!!
