Great for a wedding!. I recently got married at Hibachi as my husband and I wanted something very different for our wedding. It was PERFECT! The staff was more than accomodating, the back room was set up exactly the way that we wanted, and 2 months later our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was.

Also, great place for dates, large groups of people---they have really delicious sushi! The view is spectacular!

Japan's Finest. This guy I dated took me here on our first date. It was so romantic because place was located right next to the river and there was a full moon :)

The food was amazing (especially the salads) and the cooks were very entertaining. Did I mention that their salads were great???

Use to be Mother's Day traditional. i went to Hibachi for Mother's day 2006 and really enjoyed the variety of food for Sunday brunch. The made to order waffles, the omelettes etc. were fabulous. This year i was not impressed, the waffle station was gone and the lack of variety this year left me wanting more. i made a reservation so that i would have sufficient time to dine, but felt rushed due to the constantly glares from the staff and i will not be back.

Great place for Sunday brunch. Brunch at Hibachi is my new Sunday tradition! It is such an enjoyable experience and everyone should try it at least once! Great location (very close to my home) - and great looking place.

Find serious sushi, sashimi and other Japanese classics served with views of the Delaware River and Benjamin Franklin Bridge.. In Short
Families find affable tableside chefs fun for all while serious sushi lovers like the wraps and other traditional fare from this cavernous riverside version of a local trio of restaurants sharing the same heated moniker.

I love the Sunday Jazz Brunch. This place is simply fabulous. I have gone several times for the Sunday Jazz Brunch with featured flutist Walter Bell. This is not your ordinary buffet, the selection ranges from sushi to freshly cooked omelets and pancakes. Walter Bell is very entertaining and a must see. (I would need to write a separate review on Walter Bell because he is truly a gifted performer). The combination of the food and performance is an absolute must do on any given sunday. And it is very affordable.

Hibachi. I have eaten at all kinds of these restaurants. I have eaten Benihanni in all different states and none of these compares with the Hibatchi. You simply cannot beat the view, food, and performance. You absolutley must try this restaurant.

Dinner. I suggested your restaurant for dinner and my girlfriend was highly impressed. She had never been there and raved about the sushi the entire night. I've been here a number of times and will continue to return as long as the food and value remains the same.
