The Scene – After changing into a velvety robe in the spacious locker rooms, clients are led through the workout facility to take a seat in the reception area and await treatment. Plate-glass doors and walls create a disconcerting fishbowl effect, as hotel guests using the pool, the gym, or wandering off the elevator move around--and through--the somewhat cramped quarters. Herbal tea and the faint scent of peppermint in the air add calm to the bustling setting. – – The Services – Signature Philadelphia-inspired services include the Lemon Water Ice Exfoliating Treatment…
Fabulous massage

This is my new spot for massage! I love citysearch. I just moved to Philadelphia and found a great new salon, places to shop and eat out and now a place to unwind! Anyone know a good dog groomer?
Great spa; they need to learn how to make appointments correctly
by emaxwell79
I took my sister here to relax about a week before her wedding (since she was very stressed) The spa area is located right near the pool, so you can choose to wait for services poolside. The pool area is beautiful and has a waterfall feature which is very relaxing. I had an amazing facial experience with Sandra. Unfortunately, there seemed to be some confusion over our appointments. There is only one room for facial treatments. Instead of telling me that they couldn't do the facials at the same time, the staff just kept looking at the appointment screen, acting confused, and talking amongst themselves while my sister and I were trying to relax right next to them in the waiting area. Finally, I asked them what the problem was and they pretended there was no problem initially and then confessed we wouldn't be able to do the facials simultaneously. It wasn't a big deal at all; but they could have just informed me of this when I made the appointments.
- Pros: Great facial with Sandra; beautiful, calming pool area
- Cons: Bad experience with the appointment maker
