Wonderful experience. I had a noon appointment on a Sunday, and the woman who made my appt told me that my consultant may also be working with other brides as Sundays are a bit busy. Danielle was my consultant - and she was awesome! I had a great time with my girlfriends and my mom. She involved everyone, wasn't pushy and gave really great advice.

I think people are walking in there expecting to be waited on hand and foot, but look at what you're paying. If you're looking for something like that, you should probably look into a pricier establishment. David's Bridal gives you what you're paying for. I have no regrets or complaints. I found my perfect gown and had a great experience!

Forget it. We thought going to David's would give us an overview of gowns and narrow down what kind of gown my friend wanted. Didn't have an appointment, and walked into a madhouse. No one even said hi until my friend remarked that they seemed too busy to help her, She had to sign in and wait for someone to be free to help her. Meanwhile, I found a few gowns she might like and when we had a consultant (20 minutes later!) she tried on those. Consultant tried to tell her she needed a slip under a mermaid gown,.,.nope. The gowns are poor quality and some were way overpriced. Small changing rooms.. All in all, not worth the trouble.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!. Spare yourself the time and go to a boutique if you're looking for a wedding dress and want to get good service and feel like a princess! This was my first time wedding dress shopping and I had an appointment. The lady "helping" me would put a dress on me that I did not like, then leave for about 10 minutes while I'm standing there waiting to change. It was ridiculous. What is the point of making an appointment, if you are not going to be helped! Also the dress quality was very poor and incomparable to the boutique I went to. If you want to feel alone, unappreciated, and do it all yourself then go to David's Bridal. If you want to feel beautiful, appreciated, and like a princess go to a boutique!!

Terrible Customer Service. Although the dresses are good, the service is not GOOD at all.

Some of the staff are just not meant to be there. The person that helped me, DECIDED for me the dresses that I should wear - not the opposite! The person was really rude!

And they told me that they didn't have the dress I wanted, so I got another one... but what they didn't tell me is the dress didnt HAVE in that store... a different one had !!!

I got really mad! Search before you buy - it's my advice!!!
