I HEARD NEW MANAGMENT SOME COMPANY MCK MGT THAE REAL DEAL!. I used to be a dukes customer once a week at least in 2009 i noticed a run down mechanical issue and poor ownership. Employee:s even complained about the conditions there. Then in march around the 15th of 2011 the place had smiling salesmen and a fully staffed crew from my understanding they are in a transition of getting back to fully touchless. The manager Michael was very pleasant and gave me a discount. GOOD PLACE NOW !

cyclone arches are amazing and the towel dryers are always thanking me for coming back. My Bentley will alway's go there

Duke's Firehouse Co

They removed car paint in several areas while conducting their "Penn Dot paint removal" process. Upon discovery, i brought car back today through a prescheduled appt. Michael , the Manager, completely denied any wrongdoing, and eventually TOLD me to leave the property after i wouldnt sign a disclaimer after the fact. Yes, he tried to get me to sign a disclaimer after the work was done in the guise of a claim from. Anyone interested in a class action law suit against these people please respond

Interior and Exterior. The exterior wash was good ... touchless. They did miss a spot by my mirror though where a bird had pooped, so I had to wash that off myself. However, the interior wash was absolutely horrible. I had to re-wash the inside of my front window as it was full of smudges from whatever dirt was on the towel. Not impressed and definitely disappointed (as I was referred to them by a loyal customer). Bummed.
