Wake Up Yoga is Bliss! If you are a beginner, it is perfect, if you want to advance your practice, it is perfect, if you want amazing workshops, it is perfect!! I have been practicing yoga for over 2 years, after running a marathon I wanted something different. Wake Up Yoga was the perfect place to start a practice. Yoga is more then I ever expected it to be and the teachers at Wake Up are truly special. If you are new to yoga and want a comfortable place to go, this is it. If you want to be totally challenged-take Renata's T or TH class. I feel so fortunate that this is where my practice was born! Yoga itself is amazing, I have never felt stronger, physically, in my life. Not to mention the empowerment you get from your practice. Spiritually, too, yoga is divine.
- Pros: 9am half price classes

the best! corina, the owner, is an extraordiarily talented teacher. all of the teachers, in fact, are skilled and knowledgable. the space is small, however, once you have begun to practice and feel your breath, you the space feels, expansive, perfect.
- Pros: the best instructors
- Cons: size
