i was pleased. i've been to many centers nationwide (i travel 80% of the year) and the phili center has always been polite and professional. maybe they got better? dunno, but they are good by me.

really disappointed. This experience cost me over $ 2600 for 1 year with no results!!!! I am really disappointed they promising a lot but you gonna only loose your money!!!
