i was pleased. i've been to many centers nationwide (i travel 80% of the year) and the phili center has always been polite and professional. maybe they got better? dunno, but they are good by me.

i'm happy. HCM and the HCM system is an A+ product and service. I have always watched either their or Bosley's infomercials and thought, "give me a break, these testimonials can't be true" but, I am quick to say I'm quite happy with them. I'm not sure why user "AYoungBoy" doesn't believe people on CS can actually like a place, I'm guessing he wasn't happy with his experience.

It sounds like maltheor is working for the hair club. Why are you trying to defend the company? I think you post this so that you can fight against BBB. If the result don't work they should give the money back. And "maltheor" you say it that it sounds like she didn't follow the direction? Um, she didn't really said anything about the process. You are assuming here and just because the result didn't come doesn't mean that she didn't followed. Your argument is really bad and it sounds like a newbie trying to just talk back.

really disappointed. This experience cost me over $ 2600 for 1 year with no results!!!!

I am really disappointed they promising a lot but you gonna only loose your money!!!

Disappointed. I started loosing my hair in the middle of my head about four years ago. I'm 33 now and joined the hair club for a six month period. My dermatologist told me that there was no hair in the folicles but could not say why it came out.

The hair club said that their EXT program would help my hair grow back and stop it from falling out and make the hair that i did have grow in thicker.

I noticed no change what so ever in my hair! The vitiamins that I was told to take made hair grow on my face, arms, and back. I'm a woman so you see how this is a problem. No one said nor did their written materials mention the possibilty of hair growing in other UNWANTED areas.

The consultant was supposed to look at my scalp again under the miscroscope after 2-3 months into the program. This never happened. I ended my six months without ever seeing the consultant again. This experience cost me over $1,500. The only good thing about the program was the stylist that you see once a month. I would not recommend this program if you are trying to get lost hair to grow back. This program is better used for people who want hair pieces.
