Great, great, good. My girlfriend and I love this place. We've been in there a number of time now and the staff know our names when we walk in. The desserts are delicious and really cheap. I don't know how they stay in business they never seem busy and they are so good. the atmosphere is very quaint and cute and fun. The floor could use work and they really need to advertise, and hire a graphic designer to redo their sign. They also have a great selection of teas.

The only changes I would love to see are them mixing it up a bit more and getting a little more adventurous. They do some conventional desserts very well so they should try mixing it up a bit. Also their cheese plate could use some work. They have a nice triple cream and a nice blue but the rest could use some work. And the accompaniments that come with it are a bit off, the nuts seem stale and the dried fruits don't seem purposely chosen but rather just something to take up space.

But overall the place is great.

Perfect. I like to have dessert here regardless of where I dine. They have a nice selection of tasty desserts, coffees and teas. We find Dessert a great place to go after a movie or show if it's not quite time to go home, and we just want to sit, nosh and chat in a clean, well-lighted place rather than a dark bar. The decor is nice with original paintings and the environment inviting just to hang out (they have board games to play as well!).

Great dessert. Order anything here. all the desserts are great. It's a really good place for just reading by your self. Little get together with some friends for some dessert and tea or coffee. Or just you and your date.

Pure bliss. After a lovely Italian dinner in South Philly, my family from out of town wanted to go someplace nice for coffee and dessert. Good thing I remembered "Dessert", which I hadn't yet been to. Well, it was a sublime experience. The walls are a warm, bright red perfect for a cold March night, the chairs upholstored in a delicious chocolate brown and vanilla white, and plenty of books and board games like you'd see in a coffee house. Speaking of coffee, it comes served in a french press and a little piece of dark Belgian chocolate. The Pecan pie I had, which made my eyes roll back into my head, was actually from Petit Four, but the sides of homemade ice cream, whipped cream with shaved chocolate, walnuts and chocolate fondu drizzle made it a signature dish. Next I'll go in some weekday for afternoon tea.

AWESOME. I live a block away, which is bad, because I can barely resist the temptation. Everything I've had here has been great - cheesecake, chocolate fondue, cake, etc. The menu is small but it is always changing - it is different every time I go. I recommend anything that comes with ice cream - they make it there themselves and it is the best ice cream ever.

sooo romantic. Beautiful romantic space for dessert and coffee or delicious hot chocolate in my case. Went there after dinner and had the place to ourselves for 10mn when another couple arrived. The owner/server was kind enough to give us enough of the tiramisu to share; it was good, not excellent but then again we are spoiled with so many Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. The selection of desserts was not as extensive as I expected. The hot chocolate was a hot melting pleasure with whipped cream which to my surprise did not seem homemade. The other couple ordered coffee and it came in a French Press, nice touch! They also have a good list of teas. Perfect for a relaxing afternoon or after dinner date.
