Rip Off. I have been going to this salon for my nails since they opened. I just went last night for a hair cut. I asked for a dry hair cut. Their menu of services says that is $15 & up. They charged me $28 because they decided to blow dry my hair, I assumed that was part of the styling, but I am now told that blow drying hair costs extra and because I didn't stop them I was charged.
