There are better places to get customer service..
I went to this location in Feburary and will never go here again. I went to this location one afternoon in March to have a passport photo taken. When I went to the Fedex Office on 16th and
Chancellor, I was rudely greeted with "What do you want?" by a black female. Me being the understanding type, I thought this may be just a fluke, or I just didn't hear her correctly. I told her that I was getting a passport photo taken and she then asks "What for? The government is going to shutdown next week anyway." Confused, I asked her "well, it's not shut down now, so may I please have a Passport photo taken. She then sucked her teeth and started to mumble obscenities under her breath. After I asked her to repeat herself she rolled her eyes at me and asked if I wanted the picture or not because apparently she "don't have time for this." I don't know what other time she had, but there was no one else in line and she was obviously speaking to me. By now I'm pretty upset so far over the customer service. So when it came time to take my picture, she took my picture and then refused to let me see how it turned out. I asked her if I could see it and she stated "they're all the same you don't need to see it." When i finally did get a look at the picture, it was blurry. So i requested if we can take it again because the picture was blurry and she sucked her teeth and almost threw a fit. When I asked who the manager was she said she was and that there is no one else I could talk to.
I'm never going to this place again. My experiences here have been pleasant until now. I have been a loyal customer for nearly six years. My visit's were usually twice a week. Unfortunately, I will no longer visit this location.…
