Dont buy Halloween items here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I purchased a halloween outfit for my grandson 2+yearsold, who would not wear it. I returned it in less than 24 hours ok maybe 26 hours but you get the drift. it was the next day. I paid cash and was refused any type of refund. I did get a store credit but it was printed on a receipt that we all know is easily lost or thrown out. They told me after taking my name and address etc that thier is no way to track the credit so if I don't find a use for party items pretty darn quick chances are that they get all my money without ever giving me any merchandise!!!! GOOD DEAL FOR PARTY CITY--NO SO MUCH FOR ME

PS even the 2 yr old knew that the outfit was not worth wearing!!! because he loves thomas the train and still won't wear the outfit
