WELL BETTER THAN EXPECTED FROM A BIKE SHOP. I was looking for my first bike since I hadn't ridden in 20 years so I hadn't had great expectations coming into a bike shop. The dealership was clean and I was greeted at the door by a girl named Amy who then introduced me to a salespurson named Missy. Very long story short, I am now the proud owner of a pre-ownedCBR 600. The dealership had a large selection of bikes (all brands) including Ducati and BMW and the shop was clean and I had a nice experience in the finance office that was firendly and not pushy like when you buy a car. Another thing I found nice was that they called me a couple days later to see that everything was ok. In the end, the fact that they offered me a test ride and were nice gave me a feeling like when you go into a small shop and do business with regular people. I will go back for service. The only thing is that they had popcorn machine in the store that was empty and there was nothing to eat except at a vending machine full of candy.

Planet Honda. I spend alot of time riding dirtbikes on weekends. And go through alot of parts, oils, etc. I deal with only planet honda. They have great prices, reliable work, and back everything up 100%. All employies help you find anything that fits your needs. And are always nice, and helpful. I wouldnt go any where else. Planet honda has helped me fix, maintain, and stay safe in the sport. I trust them with all my needs.

Not a good experience. I looked on line to buy a 4 wheeler for my kids for christmas. There wasnt many places around. I found powersports east and PLANET honda or planet powersports (whatever they call them selves now) Planet powersports was closer so i went there as soon as i walked in a guy came up and was very eager to find out what i had needed. I explained to him what i was looking for and he showed me what options i had. The price i belive was like 2700 on the sticker. He was real quick to try and get me to buy. I should have left right away i hate salesman. Anyhow i made the purchase and got all the financing done. He said he would work with me on the price cause i told him i wasnt interested in paying that price. he took like 300 off and told me that it was a great deal. They also threw in a helmet for free cause polaris was offering that for that model. It matched. I left feeling happy. I left the bike cause they still had to set it all up and get it ready. I got home and went online to try and see how good of a price i got. Well i went on there website and found that it was a 100 cheaper than what i paid. I was furious. I called up and told him what i had found and they said i still got a good deal cause they didnt charge me some other fee.( that i wouldnt have paid for anyway) and refused to take money off.. I was so angry. i then called the other place and found out it was 200 cheaper there. Once i got it home my kids played on it and had a blast. It sat fof about a month and the battery was dead. (What a ridiculous place to put a batttery by the way.) So i took it back after about 2 months. i just didnt have the time to get there. I dropped it off and about 2 weeks later i went back and it wouldnt start. This went on for about 4 months. I left with it and ended up taking it back 3 times for the same problem.. My brother against my opinions ended up buying a wave runner there only cause it was a 2 year old leftover and the price was decent. he had nothing but problems .. No cover keys werent there. U name it.. This place is terrible. do not go there. I would rather drive 2 hours out of the way than go there.

Loving my new ATV !!. I have been in the market for a new ATV for about 2 months . After stopping by Planet Honda I knew I would make my purchase there. They were exteremely pleasant and made my buying experience one I will never forget. As soon as I stepped in the door there was a helpful and knowledgeable saleman there to help and answer any questions that I had. This was a quick and painless experience. I will also be making a boat purchase in the near future, guess where.....Planet Honda!!!! You Betcha!!

highly recommended. I was recently in to purchase a motorcycle, and not knowing exactly what I was looking for, had a great experience with knowledgable salespeople and found a great ride. I agree with another review, I had a hard time finding a helmet as there was such a big selection!! I have recommended Planet Honda to all my friends and family.

Best Place I ever bought a scooter. I couldn't feel more welcome when I went to purchase my new scooter. The salesperson was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. The parts salesperson was more than patient while helping me choose my helmet, and the service department made sure my scooter was ready to go when I was. What a great store!!! They have a customer for life.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I HAD TWO ATVS BOTH AT OTHER DEALERS. ONE THEY JUST COULDNT FIX AFTER MULTIPLE BILLS AND SCREW UPS AND THE OTHER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NEEDING A NEW COMPUTER. THAT WAS ESTIMATE OF OVER $1100 WAS GIVEN. I TOOK THEM TO PLANET POWERSPORTS AND THE ONE WAS FIXED FOR $170 AND DID NOT NEED A COMPUTER JUST A SWITCH THE OTHER WAS FIXED FOR LESS THEN $300 AND FIXED THE FIRST TIME!!! ITS RUN GREAT SINCE!!! THAT ONE WAS AT TWO OTHER DEALERS FOR A TOTAL OF 5 TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THE SERVICE MANAGER DAN WAS REALLY COOL AND FRIENDLY AND THE TECH (HOFF?) TOOK TIME TO TALK TO ME THEN THANKED ME! ITS ALSO THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE DEALT WITH THAT YOU DONT SIT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINS AND THEY CALL YOU BACK! I'M STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FROM THE OTHER DEALERSHIP AND ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH. MY FRIEND BOUGHT HIS VT750 THERE AND SWEAR BYS THIS PLACE AND NOW SO DO I

Hooked like a fish. My wife and I were out for a M/C ride on a Saturday. We decided to stop in at Planet Honda in Chadds Ford to look at Gold Wings. She found a 2006 Vespa 49 miles sitting on the floor. She wants to start riding alone so we looked into this Vespa. We test rode it in the parking lot but could only get it to go 28 to 30mph. small parking lot. The salesman (Will) said that if it's on a longer straight a way it'll go 45 to 50, So riding on Rt 202 which the speed limit is 55mph your wife should be fine. If you don't like it you can return it within 48hrs. ($2,700 later) We got the Vespa home, she took it for a ride and it would only go 30 to 35mph. I looked up the specs and found the top speed is 38mph. and the MSRP for a 2006 is ($2,000) I called the dealership , explained that were I live the speed limits are 40 to 55mph and asked for a return. There response was "I should have checked out the Vespas' on line before I bought this one. It's Monday and after the 48hr period. .All sales final. NO RETURNS. Now, when I decide to buy my Gold Wing ($22,000.00) there's a Honda Dealer on Rt 322 near Honey Brook, Pa. I would rather spend the time and extra money there. They're not like a bunch of hungry sharks in the water! While signing the papers they tried to slip in an inspection, prep charge and a tire tax charge.

Hidden costs, extra charges, make this a bad investment location. I looked at, and purchased a 2006 Honda @ Planet Honda, and was informed that the Bike originally priced at $2399.00 would cost me a total of over $3100.00 at delivery due to sales tax, tag and documentation fees, and they had the INCREDIBLE AUDACITY to tack on a shop charge (to clean this USED bike) and a $47.00 State Inspection fee. I've NEVER heard of Dealer Prep on a used Bike, but Planet Honda thinks it's OK to charge these added fees, BEWARE when shopping there, check the "hidden costs"
