Do NOT believe the rave reviews! The dishonest owners of Steve's Auto Glass posted them. As proof of this, visit their reviews pages at local(dot)yahoo(dot)com and insiderpages(dot)com. Note that a strangely large number of positive reviews were posted within a few days of each other in July and August, 2011. There were almost no reviews before nor since. Also, all of the positive reviews have similar grammatical patterns and seem more like advertisements than actual consumer reviews. Those facts suggest that one person (the owner) wrote all of them. I am an actual customer who has had EXTREMELY negative experiences with Steve's Auto Glass. Steve's products and services are extremely expensive (retail on steroids), they do substandard work, and they are rude to boot. Avoid Steve's Auto Glass unless you want to be cheated and inconvenienced! DO NOT SUCCUMB TO STEVE'S MARKETING SCAM OF FAKE ONLINE REVIEWS!

Great Service!. I had somebody break in to my car by breaking my window. I called Steve and he came over and not only put in a new window but cleaned up the mess by the guy who stole my stereo. He didn't charge as much as I thought it would be! Thank you!!!

Steve's Auto Glass did a great job.. Steve's Auto Glass did a great job. It was fast and painless. Wonderful work and Steve keeps you entertained while you wait and is very knowledgeable concerning what the repairs included.

Very Quick Service.. Steve promptly looked at the problem and made necessary repairs in an efficient matter. Great service and quality work at a good price.

Scammed and wet

Scammed and wet. I went in to have a windshield replaced, first off I was there for 4 hours. 2 weeks later when it finally decided to rain my passenger side was water logged. I called steve's and they told me to come back and check the seal, The next day of course it rained and the car was soaked! So I brought it back to be checked and the the owner blamed my sunroof as the problem! When I told him the car was in perfect condition until I had them replace my windshield, he threaten to charge me and Hour and a half labor because he had to recheck the problem! I had this car for 4 months and Have been in heaby down pours before and my car has NEVER flooded. The seals where not properly attached to the car, there are gaps everywhere and the chemical they use is smeared on both sides of my car do to carelessness. The owner and his "woman" are rude, inconsiderate and con artists. They say they stand by thier work but when you bring it back they donot take responsibility for thier shoddy work and give you a huge additude. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! The good reviews are B.S. who ever you guys are must be out of your mind........this shop is ghetto
