THEY ARE HORRIBLE!. I did not even want to give them one star but it makes you pick at least one! First of all they were not very helpful. I was a part of my friends bridal party and we all got our dresses there and there was nothing but problems. They fitted me and told me to order a 12 which I thought was pretty big because I am pretty petite but I went against my better judgment and listened to them. My dress came in and of course it was huge on me so I tried on another girls gown it was a 2 and it fit perfectly! So I had them fix their mistake but they tried to make me pay for it to be shipped even though they fitted me. I think they just wanted to get extra money for taking my dress in with the alterations. Another problem we had was that they never called me when they were supposed to and tell me my dress was in and then when my second dress came in still no call and after it was fitted I recieved no call. I had to stalk them to figure out what was going on with my dress. They also ordered half the bridal parties dresses in the wrong color and we even looked at the order forms they were correct but when the order was placed they messed it up and they then tried to have all the bridesmaids pay for the expedited shipping because we did not know about this problem until a month before the wedding. Are you serious?! It was a huge mess. Their alterations are over priced and on top of that after they altered my dress it was still too long and I didnt have time to have them fix it and at that point I didnt even want them to touch it so when I walked down the isle I stepped on my dress and it ripped!!! I hate this store and I would never ever have them do anything for dresses again especially a wedding.. there is already too much to deal with but they made it horribleeee!!! Oh and did I mention every time I went there to try on my dress or when I went to have it fitted they couldnt find it and I had to literally wait 15-25 minutes because they would call other workers to try and figure out where it was! Also I called and made an appointment to have it alltered and when I went there... they made the appointment for the wrong day!!! STAY AWAYYYY!
