Never Again!. I will never go to this tattoo shop again. I went in for a piercing because a friend recommended JR. He was such a creep. He should really work on being more professional.

Went for iercing...they were awesome. Recently went for a dermal anchor piercing. i was so impressed. they were clean, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. They took their time with me and talked over all of my options, after care instructions and so on. everything i said was taken into consideration. i highly highly highly recommend them for this piercing. it was done right and by the hands of someone i would label no less than professional.

Awesome outstanding!. My daughter and I ventured to Mean Streets Tattoos yesterday and they were nothing but professional. I was impressed when I fisrt stepped through the door because the place was clean and it smelled good. This is my 2nd tattoo and my daughters first and yes she's 16 and I gave my approval and the guy who did us was very thorough with instructions, do's and don't's for my daughter. I will def be back to see them for a few more tats!!

Whoever wrote the last 2 reviews are crazy.. Mean Street was recommended to me from a handful of my friends who all had work done there. They did my first tattoo, they were very pleasant even though I'm sure my nervousness was annoying lol! Not only that but they check and copy customer IDs, they've actually checked mine everytime I have been there until they started to remember me! I have to agree with the first reviewer, Mean Street rocks I've been tattoed by everybody there they are awesome! Anybody who claims to have had a bad experience there either a.) are mistakenly thinking of Street Road Tattoos, which just looks like a skeevy place, or b.) needs to learn how to sit the #@?* still!!!

beautiful artistry. although ive never been there i can tell you that a guy that moved there from fishtown in philly wasn my old artist(we have some work to finish,and yes it has been awhile).he is an excellent tattoo aritist & person.i will make my way up there.i get thousands of compliments on his work.if he works there i would stand by them and say there work is fresh.

Will Be Closed Down if tey Keep it up!. My daughter who is only 16 not only received a nose piercing (2) but I reccently found out she received a tatto from this place. I am looking into legal action. How can a responsible business tattoo a 16 yr. old without any ID?!!! If this is the kind of establishment they run then they simply have no ethics. Why would you trust a place who's only interest is in making money!

disaster. tho i agree with the above posting that street road tattooz s*cks a major you know what, so does mean street. i got one tat here. it was cheap. I was happy that it was cheap. until i saw the f*cking quality man. It was all squigly lines instead of straight..... they were uneven. it was terrible. and it wasnt my fault that it was squiggly i have plenty of tattoos and sitting still is not an issue. so yeah dont go there. or street road tattooz. street road is expensive and their work doesnt meet up to the amount of money you would hae to spend there

Its forever get it right! Mean Street Tattoo's. The guy that did all of our tat's died and we were having a hard time finding anyone. Street Rd tats was recommended but my son got his first there and it was horrible! Mean Street is clean, reasonably priced and Reed, the guy that did mine, my husband,my son and my daughter is AMAZING! He is incredibly talented, we explained what we wanted and he drew it up as if he was in our heads! Mine and my daughters were done in about 20 mins, and my husband and son's didnt take much longer. If you go make sure you ask for Reed! Email me for pictures.
