Best Day Camp, Clean Facility, Great Staff. My dog loves to go here. The entire staff is caring both to pet parents and pets. I do not leave my girl with just anyone, but I have no concerns placing her in their care. I don't know where the reviews stating they are not clean comes from, but I can assure anyone they sparkle.

always happy. It is always obvious that all employees are animal lovers, and they know the "regulars" very well. My dog is always happy & Eager to arrive-he looks forward to it! Staff is caring & Attentive; plenty of psace; very clean. The staff is also very accomodating of last minute or emergency boarding requests. My dog love GVPH!

great hospitality. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and professionalism that we received during our dogs' stay in your luxury suites. I have never been away from my dogs for more than 10 hours until my recent extended vacation. From the beginning telephone calls, I was made to feel incredibly comfortable and all my questions were answered before asking. Even my phone calls during vacation to make sure my dogs were OK were met with gracious warmth and assurance. Check-out was a complete sigh of relief as there were no complications or hold-ups. My dogs came home smelling wonderful from their baths and the most tired I have ever seen them due to the day camp. The following services were done above and beyond my expectations: having my credit card on file to expedite transactions, itemized receipt in plain English, detailed medical/veterinary knowledge of the staff, courtesy over the phone, and excellent grooming services! We will be using your services again and recommend your hotel to all of our friends and family!

Your dog will love it. Your dog will love it!: This is a great overnight and doggie day care establishment. If you dog loves to run they have 2 acres of land for your dog to play. The staff truly love the animals and take great care of them.

Been a customer for over 2 years. I've been a customer at Great Valley Pet Hotel for over two years and I am happy to report that I would not take my dog anywhere else. My dog has received excellent care while there each and every time. The staff is very friendly and they truly care about each and every dog that comes through their dog. My dog loves it there. They offer doggie day camp when you need to leave your dog just for a day and that is wonderful. I will recommend Great Vally to everyone.

Been using for 4 years now. I have been using Great Valley for about 4 years now...what a wonderful place...I have 2 Boston's that are as different as day and night...My dogs are happy because the staff is so attentive...the doggie day care is excellent and the dogs get lots of exercise....my dogs are very clean when I pick them up whether they are bathed there or I choose to do it myself...the toys and blanket that I bring are always given back and nothing has ever been lost...it is very important to find a good place for your pets when you go on vacation so you do not have to worry about them...and Great Valley is definately the place....

Well maintained and clean. I boarded my cats here for several weeks and I can't say enough about the staff, the service and how happy and healthy my cats were when I picked them up. The staff was super friendly, polite and they really seemed to love and care about all the animals they board. They made sure my cats were allowed to roam around the cat room for at least several hours a day, which provided exercise and kept them from being in a cage all day long. The facility was clean and well-maintained, especially the grooming and boarding areas. Although I don't have any dogs, I noticed the large yard where the dogs were allowed to run and play and saw how the workers were there interacting and playing with them instead of just allowing the dogs to entertain themselves.
