Great Services. I don't go there as much as I like but each time I leave, I'm always happy. I normally get the soup, salad, and bread sticks. They always ask if I want a refill when I"m almost done and get the next soup for me right away.

One time, I went with one friend. We order 3 entrees. They screwed up the 3rd entrees and told us that it will take awhile for them to cook it again. I have no problem with that, mistake happens.

The manager took care of the whole bill!! I thought he said he was going to take care of the 3rd entree for us. That was a pleasant surprise. I think I left a 50% tip.

The friendliest Service in Center City and still affordable!. I love this restaurant. I live in Center City and I dine out 2-3 times a week with my Family. Wife and I like to cook, but hate the clean up. I frequent most of the restaurants in Mid Town Village and cannot find a staff more friendly. They are always busy, but, never are they too busy to be friendly, which is hard to find in most of these Center City Restaurants that seem to make you feel you are doing them a favor by dining there. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is surprisingly polished and knowledgeable for a "Chain ". I am never disappointed. The Managers are also very friendly and often visit our table to make sure everything is good. The atmosphere is also surprisingly sophisticated. I have never eaten at an Olive Garden anywhere else that is this nice. I am a decorator and can appreciate the up-scale decor. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. It has everything and you still have money to tip your waiter.

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant.. In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

Great Prices-Excellent Service in Center City??/?. Couldnt have been a better Dinner from beginning to end. The wait staff was happy and attentive. Forget those over-priced stuffy places along braod street. Worth the few steps down Chestnut Street.

"Excellent Service!!!". "FANTASTIC!"

My husband and I dined here over the holidays and found it to be very friendly place. The meal was well proportioned and priced correctly, the wine selection was a nice surprise and the tiramisu was a dessert lovers dream. "Excellent Service" this seems to always be an issue when dining out - BUT NOT HERE - The store manager Marshal Lowe (to whom we had the great honor to meet) has proven that 'perfection is easy when you love what you do'. This restaraunt is the epitome of hospitality. We will always visit this Olive Garden for a solid choice to please friends and family when in Center City. 5 STARS!!!

Service leaves a lot to be desired!. Olive Garden is one of our fav eateries, but Chestnut St. must be among the chain?s worst. We?ve been to this one about six times, the food is usually as good as we expect, but the service ? well it leaves a lot to be desired. Last time, after waiting for a table and sitting near the hostess ? who was more interested in boisterous dating stories with other servers than us or the others waiting; we went to the bar to wait. After being seated we waited about 15 minutes before inquiring about our server. Finally someone came by apologizing about the hostess, change of shift, switching tables, etc. She tried to be somewhat attentive, but by then the damage was done and my apathetic mood toward her was obvious.

hope you're old and buying a lot of wine.... The olive garden has the worst customer service that i've ever experienced. It's almost like they go out of their way to make sure that you leave angry. The waitress only came to our table to drop off our food and drinks. She never returned to bring us another drink, or to bring more breadsticks or salad. Funny how its "unlimited" soup salads and breadsticks, yet they never ask if you want more. The waitress never even came back to bring us our check.. i had to flag down another person to bring it. If you are young, you will be ignored the entire time. They only care about selling you wine at the olive garden

this is the worst place on earth. Olive Garden? are you kidding me. chains are destroying the city. this place has bad food, dirty servers and brainwashed managers that think they have a professional job probably because they have been working there for 10 years as a server prior. They do not have chefs or cooks but workers who prepare things by using photos and pre-messured items. You'd be better off going to Taco Bell. I couldn't be more disappointed that this place is in the city.

Cold Food. Eating out with a group of friends. We all ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrees. The appetizers and entrees all came to the table cold. A few of us ordered steak and it was cold and hard as a rock.

Other Olive Gardens has better food service.

Pretty Okay Place for Meals. It's a pretty good place to have casual lunch or dinner with friends. The food is good enough to fill your stomach and I will have to commend the fine staff. You don't even need to call them over, they come to you and seem to know what you want. They must have staff members because I was quickly seated at a comfortable area. I guess if you don't come too close to closing time, you won't find nobody cleaning around you.
