In Short – Upscale and sophisticated, this chain features art deco-inspired trappings such as dark wood, shiny brass and beveled glass. Servers clad in black and white weave through cocktailing couples and businessmen at the bar. The classic American, seasonally inspired seafood menu changes daily; specialties include starters of Dungeness crab cakes and oysters on the half shell, plus entrees like cedar plank-roasted salmon, sauteed lobster with scallops and rock shrimp, and seared yellowfin tuna with wasabi, soy and ginger.

What Happened To Dinning Out?
by EricPenick at Citysearch
Let me start out by saying I enjoy eat out more than most people. I love going to a nice dinner and taking clients out for something special. This is not the place for that. THe food is actually terrible, HOW CAN YOU MESS UP SEAFOOD??? I got a rotten oyster for an app... and then was told by our SLOW waiter, that it happens sometimes... well never has that happened to me before! I almost vomited on the table! I ordered a beer which came about 20 mins. later and had crust from the dirty tap lines in it. I had to ask for the bill 3 times before getting it... basically it was a waste of my time, and money... for how much inflation is taking a tool on our wallets, you would think going out to dinner would be an enjoyable experience. I believe if your paying a high price for food and service, it should be good... and I would rather go to red lobster and save 200 dollars than go here EVER AGAIN. Please take my advice and find somewhere else to dine... because the are NOT earning your business!
out of control patrons

My mother and I went to the Cherry Hill location today for an early dinner and there were five "people" at the bar who thought they were outside. I have never been in a restaurant where the patrons were allowed to scream and yell at the tv to such a level that they could be heard in any corner of the establishment. Where was the manager? We often go to this restaurant as we enjoy their food and their bar is nicely stocked - but today's experience soured me on McCormick's and I don't see us going back any time soon.
And to the screaming savages that were there, I hope you learn some manners there is a time and a place to scream like an idiot - a restaurant is rarely that place.
Don't Waste Your Money

Worst meal ever! My husband and I stayed in the city last weekend and decided to go here for dinner. The service was beyond terrible (in fact our waitress was also working at the service bar!). Aside from being extremely slow and never being asked for drink refills, my appetizer was wrong, my husband's entree was wrong, all the food was cold and looked like it was sitting out for hours. AWFUL!
- Pros: none
- Cons: horrible all around
food and service

My family and I visited this location last night. The server was very soft spoken and not enthusiastic as I would like her to have been. We ordered the crab cake appetizer - very dry. I got the surf and turf, ordered the filet to be cooked medium, it was rare, the lobster tail was literally burned. My husband ordered the filet also to be cooked medium - it was rare. We both ordered sides - the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, it wasn't until after 15 minutes into the meal that the sides came - and they were cold as ice. The mac and cheese tasted like paste, and the mash tasted instant. We ordered our son the burger with fresh fruit and he threw up all over the place. We ordered "sex on the beach" drinks, which is usually red any other place we go, these drinks came out brown and they were terrible - we pick one night out of the week to spend good money on a great meal and this was anything but. it was 160.00 dollars wasted - will never go there again.
- Pros: valet parking
- Cons: food and service
