NoLib folks have warmed to the laid-back character of this amiable corner bistro, which used to be the uppity Palette. Wings are served with smoky Chimay sauce; satisfying beer chili is a spicy, robust blend of kidney beans, chickpeas and plump meatballs. Fish-and-chips (with beer-battered cod) is a good bet, but the prize goes to the vegan shepherd's pie, a blend of veggies and mashed potatoes over sauteed spinach.

The lamb burger here is great when it's on special. The regular menu is not that exciting. The beer is good. The atmosphere ok. Still a good 2nd choice on 3rd if N. 3rd is too loud or too crowded.

They have a very good brunch on the weekends, can be a bit pricey - Still, a good place to go with friends or family. I also enjoy getting a drink at the bar every so often.

The Abbaye is a great local bar with good food. Nice staff and the bar is dog friendly. The prices are fair, not over priced. I would recommend the Abbaye.
