The bag took forever to get, with
terrible customer service and ripped the first time I used it.
I ordered my bag in May, and was scheduled to receive it the first week of July. I called four times about it. The first time I received no answer because they're not open Mondays. The second call I made was the Saturday one week after it was due to me. The woman told me that they were running behind because one of the seamstresses was sick. She said the warehouse was closed on weekends and she'd check the next time both the store and the warehouse were open (the following Wednesday) and get back to me. She didn't. I called again the following week, left a message, no return. I called for a third time a few weeks later (went on a vacation..) and the girl told me that it would be done by that weekend and the hold up was because the strap was on back order. I asked why they didn't call me because I would have happily gotten a different strap. (We were well into August at this point.) She said someone should have. I said that not only had they not called about the strap, they hadn't returned any of my previous calls. Finally, I received my bag which is super cute. I just love it's look. Unfortunately, the SECOND time I put it on, I noticed a huge rip along the seem. $100 and three months wait for about two hours of use. Incredibly disappointing.
