Horrible Service. The host seated us and the waiter took 30minutes to come by the table to see what we would like to drink. There wasn't any utensils on the table. We gave him our drink and entree order. We also told him we are in a hurry because we have tickets to the movies. He said he will take note of that. We waited another 30minutes for the food. When it finally arrived we did not receive any utensils.

We tried to flag down the waiter but he kept ignoring us. I flagged down other waiters and waitresses to see if they would be able to get our table some utensils. They had all said they will tell our waiter. 30minutes go by and our food is now cold. Eventually, I had to walk up to him when he was taking another table's order and ask for utensils. When we eventually received our utensils we only had 15minutes to eat. By this time we had to box up our dinner and head to the movies hungry.

great meal, no wait!. the bamboo club became plan b when cheesecake factory had its usual 90 minute wait for a table...in the end, we were very glad things worked out the way they did...we were seated immediately, service couldn't have been nicer, and the food was teriffic...the pad thai is outstanding, as are the banana spring rolls for dessert...highly recommended for something different on your next trip to the mall

Stylish, but service lacking. The slick style of the place drew us in despite the mall location. Took forever to get our menus and drinks and were seated near the noisy, bustling kitchen entrance. Good wine pours and selection, neat cocktail menu, and large portions mean the appetizers make good sharable snacks (esp. the edamame). Service sloppy - servers are not well enough trained or are working under duress. Great service from the bar on a previous visit. I don't expect greatness from a mall restaurant but would like to be surprised someday!

mall dining. o.k. mall fare. watered down drinks and weak service, but the food was pretty good.

Great Food, Lousy Service. We went as a department for a couple of our co workers birthdays in December. We had a large party (10 people) and so we like to make reservations, which we were able to do here. That was a plus. The food was very good, but the service wasn't. The waiter pushed us to order everything family style and when we chose otherwise, he made it clear that we ordered too much food and we should have done things his way. The portions were a good size (not HUGE!), and most people even finished theirs. On top of that, they cleared the table completely and WIPED IT DOWN before we were even given the check. Overall, the food is great and the setting is cool, but the service leaves something to be deired.
