In Short – This isn't your average Coors Light franchise: The front door's pair of decorative wrought iron handles, when pulled, unveil a blond-wood interior and a gas fireplace, while the drink menu features local microbrews and better-known bottled beverages. Baseball and Monday Night Football drink specials are complemented by college drinks specials on Saturdays. The menu--available for lunch and dinner--focuses on finger foods and small plate dishes: burgers, pasta, meat loaf and grilled chicken.
Great Atmosphere...Great Staff!!!
by RivetHead68
Used to live in this neighborhood and frequented FPS often. Moved to Jersey and still come back every now and again. Tuesday nights are great as they have Quizzo hosted by Helium's Wid. GREAT time and prizes. The food is pretty good...and the menu changes up every now and again. If you are an out-of-towner...this is a VERY comfortable neighborhood pub to sit and have a few beers, and get a feel for what Philadelphia city life is like.
- Pros: Comfortable setting...a few big screens for the Eagles/Phillies game.
- Cons: Juke box gets a little loud sometimes.
Great food, Great people, Great service

I moved to Queen Village 2 years ago. I always go here for happy hours and great food. order anything on the menu, they are all great. The place get really packed on Friday night and Saturday night. But you don't have to wait long. Waitress will do whatever it takes to get you seated as soon as they can. Only one problem that i don't like about is you can't sit outside for happy hour price anymore. It's at the bar only. I want to be able to sit outside and drink beers but now we can't do that.
- Pros: Food, service
- Cons: crowded, can't sit outside for happy hour price
EXCELLENT pub food
by QVGRL
I live in the neighborhood but only started going to Pete's during this football season. The food is excellent, the staff is so nice and the atmosphere is very chill. The Sunday bartender makes the best bloody mary's. I am a bar manger in the city so the last thing I want to do on my one day off is go to a bar. Pete's has not only impressed me, but has become my local watering hole.
- Pros: creavtive food specials
- Cons: waitstaff can be a little slow but they make up for it in kindness
