I have your rolls - oh no I don't your late!.
The store itself is clean and well stocked. The lunchmeat counter workers are always friendly and fast. My complaint is that I called ahead to oder rolls in the bakery dept. yesturday for a party I was having. I spoke to Anita, the manager (I think that was her name. She was tall, slim with a blonde pony tail). I told her I would pick up the rolls in two hours. After preparing my home for the party I made it to the store in 3 hours. I told Anita ? I was there to p/u the rolls. Without eye contact, she told me that since I wasn't there in 2 hours she put them back out in the bins because people were asking for them. I said to her, "so I ran late what's the problem?" She said since it was over 2 hours she didn't think I was coming! This could have created a real disaster for me. She offered to help me bag up the rolls but by this point I just wanted her away from me with her flippant attitude. I was going to ask for the manager but I just wanted to get home and slice the rolls for my guest. I managed to get 2 dozen rolls, not the three that I needed because they were already gone, (steak rolls). I had to go w/the club rolls. Not to make a mountain out of a mole hill over rolls but she really made me aggervated and she had such a nasty attitude that I had to write about it.
Next time Anita, get the customers phone number if time is an issue! And be nicer!
