I love to come to Cosi in the Fall and get smores to share with friends. Such a great little atmosphere where you can sit and catch up while roasting your marshmallows!

Styled to evoke the feel of a Parisian café, the focal point of each restaurant is an open-flame stone oven, which swiftly turns out thin-crust pizzas, made-to-order panini and open-faced melts on Roman-style flat bread. Fresh ingredients--including mozzarella, tomatoes, buffalo chicken and secret-recipe dressings--are used in both the sandwiches and the long list of specialty salads. Sweet treats like S'mmm.Oreos (chocolate bar, graham crackers and marshmallows with an extra-large Oreo cookie) are equally popular.

Good food, poor atmosphere. The food in COSI is wonderful. The problem I most encounter is the LOUD MUSIC. I've left more than once when I could not carry on a conversation with a business associate. It is particularly uncomfortable for older persons with hearing aids. I went once with my parents and they had to leave after three or four minutes. Something like that is indicative of poor supervision.

Watch Closely as Your Food Is Prepared. I recently purchased a salad at this location to find that the lettuce was yellow over the preferred green. The dressing was mixed in that caused the salad to wither away to nothing before I returned to the office. I think that maybe if I did not know what to expect from Cosi, I would have been less disappointed. Have to say that I have not been to this location since and pretty much they all seem to operate the same way.
