Horrible! Panda Garden is the worst Chinese restaurant in the city. They NEVER change the cooking oil. The seafood tastes like it died 3,000 years ago. I found hairs in the food twice. Panda Garden sells stale leftovers at sky high prices. Even McDonald's dreck tastes better than Panda Garden's schlock. The worst! Ignore the positive reviews, which were obviously posted by the owner. I am an actual (former) customer. Panda Garden has terrible tasting food, nasty service, and high prices.
