The little things..... I have gone to this site on several occasions to get my oil changed. Generally, I recommend any weekday in the morning, but have gotten very good service on a Saturday, generally early in the morning. The service was very good. The coffee is crappy, but remember that is not what I am your there for. (Hint: Go next door to McDonalds, chill with a cofffee and an egg mcmuffin while your car is serviced.)

Here is what brings me back every time. Each time I have gotten my car serviced (at least 4 times) an employee, I believe his name was Ray (AA male about 5'5, early 20's makes a point to hold the door for me...and not just me...every customer. That says a lot about a place...the little things. As for the negative review, i would want to remind people that people are entitled to their breaks, granted negative talk in front of a customer is never unacceptable, it is every employees right. The fact they acknowledge the slow service is a sign they are conscience of your time...chances are if they really did not care they would not have said anything to you.

Worst Most Unprofessional Service. My friend and I came to get her oil changed and sat for well over an hour. Normally I'd understand because there were a few cars ahead of us. However, there were 6 people on staff most of which were standing around, talking on their phones, or smoking. I felt real safe watching the guy throw his cigarette on the floor. When they finally got to us the guy said "don't kill me" obviously knowing they took longer than they shouldve. They also spent their time bitching at each other in front of the customers. Corporate is closed today but you can bet I'll be calling them the minute they're open again.
