We have been using this practice for more than 8 years and have never had a problem. Our children see Dr. Brogan and we find him to be very friendly and patient. Appointments and staff have never been an issue, I highly recommend this office.

Good Doctors:. I read some of the negative reviews, and I'm very sorry that those people had such a bad experience with Trappe Family Practice.

Personally, I think the experience, help and physicians are excellent. When it comes to the staff and nurses, I understand that there job is very stressful - so they may not always act as kind and as professional as they should. Still, I've rarely had that type of experience.

My doctor is Dr. Kathryn Hennessey, and she is excellent. She will sit there and speak with you, listen to your problems and concerns, and help you as much as possible. She will not get involved in issues with medical appointments and procedures getting in the way of school and work, but the staff knows to write a note (and the doctor has never denied me) and give reason as to why time away is necessary and had or has to be taken.

I forget the man who is a colleague of her's, but there is another (male) doctor who is just as great as Dr. Hennessey. He has a great bed side manner and is very caring about helping for patients. I wish I could remember his name, because he deserves a lot of kudos too.

I've never had issue with getting an appointment when I was sick and needed to get in ASAP. I've never had an issue with getting an appointment when I just had issues to discuss that weren't immediate. The office and the doctors are very busy, so yes - unless it's immediate need - a person may have to wait a while to get in.

Lastly, but I've always had this complaint with all doctors, the wait time in the office is horrible. Again, I've had this issue with all my doctors (not just in this office or even associated with this office) in my life. The wait time is just too long and I wish there was something that could be done about it.

Thanks for reading, if you did. Overall, I would say give them a chance. They may be for you, they may not, but overall the doctors are good people.

Look somewhere else. Not the place to go at all. Trouble getting appointments, unfriendly staff...I think they have too many patients. The doctor seems rushed and preoccupied.

SO so. I started with this group, but had problems getting appointments, and also had some issues with the doctor not really being there for me. I mean, it's not bad, but I switched because I heard better about the other group so I switched

A doctor worth driving for!. I have moved from just down the street from their office to an hour away. I still see Dr. Clara Tiburcio because I know there is no other Dr. like her! I have been seeing her since I moved to the state, in 1998, and I just can't give her up! She is one of those people who is just that, a real person. She genuinely cares about people and how to help them get better. She doesn't make you feel rushed, yet at the same time, the wait-time is usually minimal. Her nurse, Michelle, is priceless! She will do anything to make things easier for patients. She will battle pharmacies and insurance companies. This office is the best of the best!

My favorite doctor!!!!. We have been seeing Dr. Kathryn Hennessey (and other docs in the practice from time to time as needed) for at least the last 10 years---even at her old practice before we all moved to new 'homes'. Unfortunately, we've moved again and this time it's out of state and the hardest part of the move is the idea that I am loosing my favorite doctor!!! Dr. Hennessey has been so great to myself and my kids; from boys to adolescents; teenagers and now young adults... Her bedside manner is wonderful and she absolutely makes you feel as though you are her only patient of the day when she is with you. It's sometimes tough waiting a little longer than you'd like, but when you know it's because she treats everyone so well...it's worth it! Also Liz (her nurse is the sweetest!!!----Also wonderful and kind and caring!) We will miss them both very much!!

Home Town Dr.. I've been seeing Dr. Clara for several years - - She truly cares and listens - you never feel rushed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She also follow up!
