GREAT IF IT'S NOT A RAINING. Nice happy hour from 5-7 pm. Great food. Fun juke box except it's a little too heavy on rap. Good drink deals during Flyers and Phillies games. I stoped by on a Tuesday evening and the Phillies were in a rain delay. I ordered a draft beer. It was served in a plastic cup and I was charged full price. When I asked the bar maid why, she said that during rain delays, a, yeh, you pay full price during the delay. Sorry, I have never heard of a sports bar doing this! Except for a few pool players, the cafe was empty. I'm not paying to hear Charlie talk in circles. I finished the beer and left. I'll check out the weather report before I go back.
