Best Pizza In town. Me and my fiance moved down to the area a while back. After trying several pizza places out, we decided these guys are the real deal. The food is great! The stefano's fries (friies covered in ranch, bacon, and mozzarella, YUM) are my guilty pleasure. We usually order pick up but have ordered delivery a few times too. The older delivery guy is so nice and always remembers us! If you're new or just visiting the area, you HAVE to check out stefanos!

Good Food, Good Service. I was very surprised to hear the not so favorable reviews for Stefano's II in Bensalem on Hulmeville Rd. I have been a loyal customer for the past few years and have always been 100% satisfied with the food and service (the current owner is great and knows his stuff about food, the restaurant business, and pleasing customers. Previous owners from several years back ran the place into the ground!!). I just ordered for delivery last night. The order was accurate and the food was great. It even came 15 to 20 minutes earlier than what I was told.

Sad excuse for customer service. This poor service happened a while ago, but who forgets horrible customer service! I order a baked ziti dish from Stephano

Completely Unprofessional Service and Rude. First, I will retract my statement above. Today I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with cheese & s&p ONLY! By the time I got around to eating, there was everything on it. I called back and the guy told me he would send another out. That was 1:45 minutes ago. I called back and he told me that after further review with his employees, he wasn't sending one back out. He said I ordered it wrong. Cheese ONLY means CHEESE ONLY! He was extremely rude about the entire thing and when I asked why he didn't call me and tell me he wasn't sending another out, he said he didn't feel he had to call me. This place is ridiculously rude as if they were from Philly. I am from Philly and these people are just jerks. I don't care how good their food is, I would suggest eating elsewhere. This is how they treat their regular customers. And I order it the same way ALL the time. Not once have I had a problem as you can see from my above comment. I know post will not make a difference, but for the rudeness itself, it may be best to go to another pizza joint. This is just another whole in the wall with good pizza. The roaches inside don't help either. I am completely shocked by this treatment and how they treated a customer. Needless to say, he heard a mouth full of cursing, which most likely did not bother him at all. Oh well, typical PA behavior.

Best Pizza in Bensalem. These is absolutely nothing wrong with this pizza joint. I have had their Stromboli, calzones, chicken wraps, and more. The only thing I wasn't pleased with is their chicken steaks. So, I just don't get them anymore. But the rest of this joints food is excellent. The delivery guy is always on time and has my receipt every single time. Not once have the forgotten to deliver food of bring a receipt. This other person is just being a baby.

RECEIPT. We ordered food and they forgot an item in our order. Also, we charged the meal and the delivery man didn't bring a receipt. We called them back and told them about the missing food and receipt. They said they will bring both to us, but to no avail. Only the food came back and not the receipt. I like to know what I am charging and like signing for my meals !
