Fresh ingredients--including mozzarella, tomatoes, buffalo chicken and secret-recipe dressings--are used in both the sandwiches and the long list of specialty salads. AVOID AT ALL TIMES. This place is unbelievably unfriendly. They say they have free wireless internet, but they lie, and the employees have no idea. They are just rude. The stores are just filthy with sticky tables. No way I am ever ever coming back here.

YUCK. I got a salad to go today and the lettuce was moldy and ingredients are missing. Cosi used to be great but they have stopped paying attention to the quality of their food. I will not eat there again.

Smores. This is a very nice and relaxing place. You can make smores at your own table, which is a lot of fun. They also have a good bottled beer from Italy.

Best lunch spot. I love this place. totally awesome. It's small and always really crowded, but the food and coffee is the best. They make their own bread right there. Treat yourself to a cup of hot chai.

Good for coffee and non-coffee drinkers. Best coffee. Non-coffee drinkers can get an awesome cup of Chia tea or shakes.

The coffee beats all gourmet coffee brands.

Good date place.
