Be careful when you pull into the lot....we got ripped off by a person who took our money ($10) and didn't work there.....we even were given a green ticket to put on our windshield. An hour later we came back to the lot and our car was gone. We had been towed to Lew Blum's at 40th and Girard. We had to get to the towing place in the middle of the night. They wanted $178 to get the car out. Then we had to find a MAC machine.because they would only accept cash! This was about 3:00 a.m. on a Saturday night....not a very safe area either. We filed a police report the next day. It seems there is a problem with imposters posing as employees. The police are going to check on this problem. Meanwhile I am out $188. Try to park in a garage that stays open late at night. You will never get your money back........be very aware......also Five Star parking is not very cooperative with this ongoing problem!
Cons: beware of men who pose as employees and take your money...then you get towed
