New manager is awful!. Love going to my neighborhood starbucks...parking is a pain but all the people who work there are friendly and know my drink! One exception. The new manager is awful. He makes my drink wrong every time and when I politely ask him to fix it ( an easy fix, just more caramel) I get an argument or attitiude. Worse, yesterday as I waited in line I saw him wipe up a big spill on the floor with a rag and then stand up and use the same rag to wipe the sugar and milk table and then proceed to take the same rag behind the register and wipe the counter there! So disgusting! This is the first time I have ever in my life felt the need to take the time and write a poor review but this guy really ruins an otherwise lovely place. Every time I see him I feel like turning around and leaving. Without him I would give this place 5 stars but he ruins it for me. Wish Starbucks would ship him out!

My neighborhood place!. This is as much part of the neighborhood as Drake Tavern+ everyone knows your drink after a few months.

Newly remodled too. But if you think starbuck's is expensive, you haven't bought a martini in center city since 2000!

Starbucks. Starbuck's is awesome! There's a reason it's so widely popular and i suppose for hte same reason it's also rather expensive....

I smell smoke!!. What an over-rated, over priced cup of coffee! The people are friendly, but that is the only positive part of the visit. It is not one particular location either. I have tried 4 different locations and it is their "style" I guess. The beans are just over-roasted and bitter.

My Stay up liquid. I always enjoy Starbucks. We even buy it for our home coffee maker.

Fancy Coffee. Great for what I call "fancy coffee" (latte, cappacino). Not always consistent...some servers prepare coffee differently than others, but usually within the target.

The same old same old. Over Rated... Is all I can say about Starbucks. I rather have a small coffee house with Atmosphere then a supermarket coffee house.
