Worst dinner ever.. I've been spilled on before, but I would have preferred one of those occasions to the last time I dined here.

Service was RUDE, patronizing and incompetent. Our party had to keep asking for things as our waitress kept forgetting to bring them. (For example, we had to ask repeatedly for silverware and she only brought us silverware when we asked her another time *after* the appetizers had already been served.) My salad was served 15 minutes after my friend's appetizer and only two minutes before the main course was brought to the table, leaving me to watch her eat without my food, and then to try and work through three plates at once. Also the entrees, had been finished and plated at the same time as the appetizer and had been sitting nearby on a counter congealing and getting cold while my friend was eating her appetizer and for the couple minutes that I was allowed to eat my salad. The food probably would have been alright if it hadn't been sitting out for so long getting cold, although the "marsala sauce" tastes like gravy from a packet.

Additionally, server rushed off in the middle of our drink order, without giving everyone else a chance to finish ordering. She returned 10 minutes later with the drinks we had gotten a chance to order and finally let us ask for the other beverages.

I normally tip 15-20% for good service and left only about 5%-- the lowest tip I've ever left.

My friend normally tips 20-30% for exemplary service and left NOTHING, moreover she was so angry with the service which we'd received that she wrote an angry note to them on the receipt.

In general I don't have a problem with Bertucci's as a chain, but this location is TERRIBLE.

DON'T eat here! Save your money for somewhere better!
