For years, I was unable to lose the weight I wanted. I felt tired and unmotivated. Thanks to Aida, my personal trainer, I was able to lose 20 lbs., and just as many inches. I found muscles I never knew existed! She pushed me to increase my strength, endurance and fitness level. Perhaps, best of all, my confidence has been given a big boost! I fell younger and straonger than I have in decades.

Pros: Personal attention, caring staff, new facility and equipment
