I've only been to him but once so far, but his office has called me numerous times in order to schedule and re-schedule. However, I can NEVER GET THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONES when you call. Godforbid you miss an appointment, you are assessed an $85.00 fee! Yup - $85.00 if you need to cancel and cannot give 24-48 hours notice. So don't let your car breakdown on your way there or get a call from your child's school and have to pick them up instead of going to an appointment. What's funny is, they can re-schedule you without any notice... Forget all that, my real problem is the fact that if you call them it rings and rings and rings then a voicemail picks up press 1 blah blah blah press 0 for the front desk. So you press 0 and it rings and rings and rings then it goes to another voicemail "General voicemail for both Bala and Wilmington" press 1 for blah blah blah, press 0 for the front desk...press 0 and it rings and rings and rings...its a cycle that never ends! That alone will drive you crazy. Is that why they do it to make you insane so they always have patients?
