anomaly. I agree that supercuts is usually pretty good, but this particular store is not. The first time I went there, I got a pretty good cut from a nice, polite lady. The second time I went, the guy who cut my hair might as well have used hedge clippers. I'm not a picky guy, but this was terrible. My favortie, though, was when he interrupted my hair cut for 3 minutes to talk on the phone (not work related.) Meanwhile, his female co-worker was hunched unprofessionally in a chair and talking on her phone the whole time. In fact, I'm on this board now because I'm looking for a new place - refuse to go back.
