In Short – The first floor is a small, raucous corner bar, with TVs flickering, music playing and spirited patrons indulging in drinks and watching the busy foot traffic outside. Upstairs finds a calmer scene with but two TVs playing, a sure sign that this floor isn't merely a continuation of the downstairs party. Here, the menu's creative offerings go far beyond normal pub grub.
Do Not Go Here

There is nothing special about this food. Even simple things like fried food gets messed up and is either under or over cooked. They do not cater to their customers whatsoever. They rarely make substitutions, there is an upcharge for everything and their sodas do not get free refills. Actually any beverage besides cocktails and beer are NOT even listed on any of the menus. Some of the wait staff are nice, but some are rude, dressed inappropriately and do not really give two cents about customers nor their fellow employees. The establishment in itself is dirty and poorly taken care of. Yes it is a historic building, but that doesn't give you an excuse to have water leaking from the ceiling or to have shelves that are falling apart/off the wall.
The so called manager and owner of this place are really unprofessional. They often attempt maintainence on something while the bar or restaurant has customers, which I find to be extremely rude. The manager, who is there every night, dresses unprofessionally and is often found hogging the Jutebox with the same music that he plays almost every night too loudly. This manager is also very rude to most customers and to his staff. You can often hear his arguments with the kitchen staff and his waitresses that often occur in the entrance.
I think that this place does not even deserve a one star rating. My advice is to go next door to Q.
- Cons: Bad food, bad management
Truly poor Service
by todnddd
The servers here take the restaurant's name to heart. It took more than 10 minutes after ordering to get drinks, and more than 1/2 hour to get the food. I regret wasting time and money here, and I certainly wouldn't go back.
- Pros: food ok
- Cons: service is painfully slow and surly
Worst service EVER!

We decided to stop for dinner after a long day of shopping. We sat upstairs by a window where we were able to view lots of fun foot traffic.
-Waitress greet time 15 minutes
She approached us very kindly and took our order.
Our order:
Hot roast beef sandwich with horse radish on the side (Main)
1-Clams (appetizer)
1-Caesar salad (Main)
2-Lobster bisque (appetizer)
All of our food came out at the same time instead of consecutive flow as requested.
Time it took to get our food ? 30 minutes
The hot roast beef was COLD and the horse radish did not come out with the sandwich. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that it was put on already. Clearly there was not any on the sandwich. Twenty minutes later when she decided to come back to ask us how things were, I told her that there was no HR on the sandwich. She said she would get some for me. She came back 20 minutes later with an excuse that she was busy. I had already finished my meal and did not need it anymore. Note that it was a slow Sunday with 5 tables and 2 waiters. She even had the nerve to charge me the extra .50 cents for it. The Lobster bisque we though was very good but everything else was average.
When all said and done, the food was not very good, the service was poor and the atmosphere was par.
This place truly lives up to it?s name.
- Pros: Good people watching spot, Lobster bisque
- Cons: Service, food,
