In Short – With sparking crystal chandeliers, wainscoted walls and rich dark wood accent, this hotel hot spot is simply handsome. Business meetings take over the white tablecloths by day, while evening greets nervous daters and jovial dinner parties. Starters include decadent old school dishes with a dash of class, like mac and cheese studded with lobster mushrooms, while entrées dance the line between traditional the innovative with options like a rack of lamb with rosemary polenta or wild barramundi with lemon jam and piqullo peppers.
Stay Away. This is more of a hotel bar than a fine-dining restaurant.

Had a very disappointing dinner here recently. I thought I couldn't go wrong with the Ritz-Carlton for a special occasion dinner, but unfortunately, the food is rather subpar for the price. And the service was slow, despite the fact that it wasn't very busy--we had to wait way too long between courses. Finally, and surprisingly, the atmosphere is lacking. The place has a loud-ish, hotel bar vibe with pop music playing and bar noise--not what one would expect for a fine-dining restaurant. But you don't have to take my word for it. I'd really encourage you to check it out some evening before making a reservation and plunking down your dough.

Gaudy, Greasy, and Gross. i mean the place was alright, but i would never go back. maybe my expectations were high, i mean it's the Ritz, right? But the place was too dark, food was wayyyyy too greasy - even the fish, and the furniture was out-dated and gaudy. If you're looking to expand your waistline and feel sick, by all means take a seat. if not, go somewhere else.

Wow! What an experience

I treated a friend to a "Girl's Day Out" in Philadelphia. We lunched at The Grill after a morning spent at a nearby spa. Our server, Luis, was a doll - I've never experienced such great service. The food was fabulous (Caesar salad, gourmet burger, pesto chicken salad) but the dessert was indescribably perfect. Luis was overly accommodating of our requests and he's simply adorable. Overall the food was underpriced for the experience. How often do you say that about a restaurant?
- Pros: Reasonably Priced, Luis the Server, Delicious Desserts
