Last Sunday of the Month -- BE THERE!!!. If you want fantastic food that's reasonably priced while watching the funniest comedians, then go to North by Northwest for the Soul Comedy Cafe. I'm a 60 year old white woman and I enjoy it so much that I'm becoming a regular. TuRae Gordon is the host and he's one of the funniest comedians that I've ever seen. There are always well-known comedians performing at the show. Great food and fun -- what could be better?…
Saturday!. North by Northwest is the new hot spot. I really enjoyed my time there. The bartenders were great, the service was good, the music was good. If you want to be in a relaxing atmosphere and at the same time have a great time this spot is for you.…

However, for some bizarre reason they are trying to change their image. Their new menu is nothing short of pretentious (both the food and prices). I was there with a party of 12 on Saturday night, only to discover that we had ordered the LAST BOTTLE OF RED WINE IN THE HOUSE (according to the manager they had 'run out' on Friday night, despite the fact that there is a bottle store across the road). I recommend the new management bring back the old menu and get their act together as they are losing loyal clientele quickly.…
