Great drinks, great prices!. This is the best spot around for hanging out with friends! Loved every minute at this place. The Top Hat upstairs was awesome as well!

Dancing, Cheap Drinks...What's not to Love. This is the best spot to dance with your best girlfriends while barely spending any money. Drinks are cheap and it seems like there is always a special running...Now there is an upstairs called Top Hat that has unbelievable parties every weekend so it's double the good times in one location!! I'm not huge on Old City but when I'm done there, Lucy's is by far my favorite place to go.

Weekend Hot Spot. Lucy's is the ultimate weekend party spot!! Come ready to dance, flirt & drink!! Cheapest drinks in the area & the bartenders are super nice. They have two DJs on the weekend who play different styles which makes for a great variation between the front room and the back. If you've never been to Lucy's, it is definitely worth it and you will be back weekend after weekend. I even hosted a private party in their back room and it was a blast!!

Great music and a good crowd. Lucy's is great becasue there is never a cover and there are always some good drink deals. On the weekend they have 2 DJs so there are two different vibes between the front and back bar and plenty of space to get a drink. Always a good time.

dancing and drinking. I have attended so many bachelorette and birthday parties here I can't even count! It is such a good atmosphere for everyone which makes it easy to hang out with all your friends there. The place is huge and serves up cheap drinks which makes it an easy favorite. There are usually two DJs so you get a variety of music too. Can't wait for football season to start up again... they have the BEST deal in the city for Sundays.

$1 Miller Lites and Tacos yummmyyy. I come to Lucy's every Thursday night for $1 Miller Lites and $1 tacos. I cant believe how delicious and filing the tacos are, a lot more than I expected for only a $1. I am a poor college student and this place helps me budget with my shoe buying and tanning appointments. There is always a young hip crowd and awesome music to dance to. The place is huge too so your never bumping into sweaty people. Good times here always!! :)

Don't let the name confuse you: This Old City bar requires no hat.. The Scene
Set in trendy Old City, this bar occupies the site of a former millinery that once doubled as a speakeasy. These days, the Lucy's experience contains a young, bustling crowd busy with cell phones, relaxed bartenders, and inconsistent servers who slip outside to enjoy a cocktail and socialize during their shift. The decor attempts retro kitsch, with ordinary bar tables and hospitality chairs mixed with velvety camouflage drapes, gilded mirrors, stacks of used books, modern paint tones and a tin ceiling.

The Food
Lucy's menu is new American, and plays it pretty safe. The salads and sandwiches are satisfying at most. If you've got the munchies, try the beer battered fries. So it's not one of Market Street's finest restaurants, but Lucy's still packs in a younger bar crowd out to make some noise.

Neighbourhood Feel. Home of the Drunken Monkey, Jello Wrestling, and Elvis, Lucy's Hat Shop offers the crowd space, ambiance, food, a great-looking clientele, good times , two dance floors, two seperate bars, inexpensive drinks, a laid back attitude and does not disappoint! Whether hitting the bar pre-shore or in leu of heading to Jersey, Lucy's will absolutely satisfy the craving. Got an itch to be around people? This is your destination!
