dawn is the best in PHILLY. Dawn is the best stylist in philly. She cuts my short hair in a very feminine yet fun way. She always listens to my input and works to create a new look with very limited length. Dawn also provides a spa like atmosphere and experience without the pretentiousness. She is a true artist. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK YOUR NEXT CUT WITH DAWN!!!

Smiles from the second i walked in...until now!. Very wonderful staff. My stylist was running a few minutes behind, but his assistant gave me a complimentary conditioning treatment, which was great! She also explained a lot of things to me about my hair type that i did not know. My haircut grew out very good as well. This salon is great! Very down to earth, yet, upscale! Cant wait to come back!

Best Waxing, Facial, Makeup, Massage, Hair Coloring and Styling. I am a frequent customer of Ettore Salon and Spa, every time I am there I feel like I am part of the Ettore family, but still inside of the most relaxing spa in the city. I swear by Effie for my eyebrows and facials and have had some of the best massage experiences ever there. I am constantly complimented on my hair and frequent each of the stylists for color and cuts, there prices are not outrageous and the service is always exceptional.

Don't go to any other salon in the city but Ettore!

Poor customer service; no effort to make up for it.. A woman I worked with received a great haircut from one of the stylists' at Ettore, so I was very excited to try this new salon. I did think it was unusual that I could call on Thurs & get an appt on Friday but thought 'This is great!' I arrived 25 minutes early for the appt. checked in, giving my name and who I was there to see & was told to take a seat. In 15 min the same check-in person asked me again who I was there to see & my name which I supplied. Ten minutes later this same person came over to me and asked me again!!! who I was ther to see. They he came back in 2 minutes and said "I am sorry (Stylist Name) had to leave early due to a family emergency and I was suppose to call you to change the appt but we will have (another stylists' name) take care of you. I was very upset & since I have had so very many bad experiences with stylists who do not listen & cut your hair the way they think it should be cut, I was not going to take any chances. I said no thank you!!! and left.

One of The Best In Philadelphia. my son got married at the wannamaker building and marlene did everyone's make-up. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. my son's wife was amazed! she completely made my son and my daughter-in-law's wedding one of the most memorable days for all of us! THANK YOU MARLENE! if you haven't checked out this phenomenal make-up artist, you are missing out on one of philly's finest!

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Ok...first off, I found it odd that I could appointments the day before but was glad when they got me on the schedule BUT now I know why. The salon sucked! The only saving grace was there stylist ROBIN who did my hair. Their makeup artist made me change my appointment time that day and the Manicure & Pedicure was the WORST I ever had. I spent over $100 for a full set and pedicure. The full set was put on poorly with cheap materials and it didn't even last 1 week!! I don't even know what to say but I could have probably received a better set at one of those cheap, walkin places.

I spent about $225 and was never treated better than the scum of the earth. RUDE RUDE RUDE people. I won't be back soon.

Attentive. It was my first time in this salon and I did not know they had so much in services. I recieve a great hair cut with Randall he took time with me and ask me what I do to get an idea of my life style which I though was great. My manicure was great with Key I think that's how you say his name. His English is not great but the service was... I will highly recommend this salon and I will be back for my spa massage. The people are friendly, attentive and took good care of me. Thank you Ettore.

User review by aebennett11. I had my hair styled as a bridesmaid for a wedding. I was told not to wash my hair as it would be done for me or styled in an up-do. The stylist proceeded to attempt to style my hair down without washing and complained about the texture the whole time. I could have done a better job on my own and saved the 50 bucks!
