The Scene
In the afternoon, this weathered spot is filled with older regulars drinking until their faces touch the bar's cracked, red vinyl padding. At night, it becomes a hub of multiculturalism with the same daytime folks rubbing shoulders with drag queens, lawyers and students. Nate Wiley and the Crowd Pleasers perform three nights a week. Thursdays feature the city's longest-running drag show, while the rest of the week is rounded out by singer-songwriters, bands and DJs.

I really enjoyed the Thursday night drag show this place had. It used to attract all kinds. But they stopped running int a few weeks ago.

go there for bingo on wednesday... it's only $3 to play all night and it's a good time. if you're looking for an inexpensive place to go... go here. they have a pbr/jim beam special... a shot and a beer for only $3. you can't beat that.
