I go to a lot of bars. This is way too expensive. Way crappy service.. Don't even bother. Go elsewhere. Not only are the bouncers total creepers, but the inside is always too crowded and always with the wrong type of people. Best DJS around Phillly!!. This is such a great find right in Center City with none of the hassle and just great drink specials and AMAZING DJS!! They have DJS all week so no matter when you go, you're guarenteed someone is spinning something hot. Love it.…

Good people, drinks and music. I went to Bar Noir for the first time this weekend and had a blast! The drinks were cheap, the bartenders were awesome and the music was a change from the usual repetative DJs. I was told the DJ was a local legend, I don't know but he did sound good! Fun events during the week!. I used to get so frustrated with the philly nightlight during the week until I found Bar Noir. I am a bar tender on the weekends so my nights to go out are Sunday and Monday. Luckily, Bar Noir has Sunday Night Band Sessions and Open Mic Night Mondays! So happy I found this place! They have cheap drinks, lively crowd and theres something going on every day of the week!!…
