You know there's no place like Philly for Fourth of July celebrations. Home of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, we pretty much OWN Indie Day. Oh yeah, and because of that, we honor it for 10 whole days instead of one. As the great satirical political TV show host and patriot Stephen Colbert would say "Take that, Nation."

At 10:30pm on the Fourth of July, the Philadelphia Museum of Art will display fireworks for all to see. The best viewing is along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, but the fireworks can also be seen from Lemon Hill, Boathouse Row, Kelly Drive, Martin Luther King Drive and Schuylkill River Park. Bring a blanket and some lawn chairs and enjoy the show.

Independence Hall
